University Village: Six-Two

University Village offers easy access to MSU campus with open space for pets.

Animal Policy:
Non-Refundable Animal/Pet Fee of $300 per animal plus a Monthly Fee of $25 per month per animal.
There is a limit of one animal per bedroom allowed.

Utilities are not included. Tenants are responsible to have them set up before move in.
