Rental Applications
Below you will find our rental applications for students and for non-students.
Each potential tenant (that will be living in the unit) MUST submit an application for approval.
Please submit your application through online form, email (listed on the back of the application) or drop it off in the night drop at our office located at
200 S. Montgomery St, Suite 201, Starkville, MS 39759.
If submitting applications online, you will be contacted with instructions to pay your application fee once received.
Copy of drivers license will be required.
We will start accepting applications in JANUARY 2024 for our fall August 2024 move-in. Fall applicants before January 2024 will not be accepted.
